When you purchase a product or use our services, you agree to these Terms below.

Your purchase of Goods will be subject to certain laws including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides customers with certain rights that cannot be excluded, including that the Goods must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose that SAFI SAFFRON represents they will be fit for, and that the Goods will correspond with any relevant description. WHO CAN USE THE SITE
We need you to commit to a few restrictions in order to be part of the SAFI SAFFRON website. To use the site you agree;
- You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum legal age in your country to use the site.
- It is your responsibility to comply with all requirements imposed by local Customs authorities in relation to your order (including requirements regarding the provision of identification information in order to receive your package).
- We recommend that you make yourself aware of local import duties and any other requirements before placing your order (applies to international orders).
PRICE CHANGE
SAFI SAFFRON reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time without notice to you. The price displayed at the time that you place your Order will continue to apply to you even if the price changes before your Order is accepted by SAFI SAFFRON.
By placing an Order you agree to pay the price for the products, any delivery charge, tax, additional delivery charge and any international delivery fees.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You will need to create an Account before placing an Order on the SAFI SAFFRON Website, to complete your account registration, you will be directed to provide your name, email address, phone number and billing information. You warrant to us that all information provided by you in relation to your Account is complete, true and accurate.
You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any actual or potential unauthorized use of your Password or Account.
ORDERS
You can place an Order by following the instructions on the relevant page via the Website. An Order submitted by you is an offer to purchase goods from us. We may accept or reject your offer in our absolute discretion. In particular, but without limitation, we reserve the right to reject/accept your order at our own discretion.
You must ensure that prior to placing an order; you have checked all relevant details, please check the items you have selected earlier, as their price details may have changed since you last visited this Website. Once you submit your Order, we will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received your Order and that your Order has been accepted by us (“Confirmation”).
At this point, the contract between us ("Contract") is formed and we will process the payment details you have given to us to make payment for your Order.
- We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally a technical error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the products at the corrected price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
Once you submit your Order, we will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received your Order and that your Order has been accepted by us (“Confirmation”). At this point, the contract between us ("Contract") is formed and we will process the payment details you have given to us to make payment for your Order.
Please make sure the email address you provide us is correct and your mailbox is in working order. All Order confirmations are sent to that email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check any other folders you may have for Order communications. If there are any problems with your Order (for example, we don’t have the products you wanted in stock, we can only fulfil part of your Order, or we find the price has changed), you will be contacted by our Customer Services.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa or MasterCard and any other payment methods which may be provided to you on the Site from time to time. We also accept PayPal payment. Use the PayPal option at checkout, to pay with your PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to ‘Login’ and make your purchase by clicking ‘Pay Now’.
You agree to provide only true and accurate billing information when making a purchase on the SAFI SAFFRON Site.
DELIVERY
We aim to ensure prompt delivery for every order placed on the SAFI SAFFRON website within 2 - 9 business days which is the average delivery time after placing your order. For Australian orders we use the Australia Post’s service to deliver Customer’s Order to the delivery address specified in a Customer Order invoice. If an item is lost or damaged in the course of delivery, please contact us immediately by email to: info@safisaffron.com.au. And we will provide replacement according to our return conditions.
We process customer deliveries (5) five days a week (Monday to Friday). We only process orders for deliveries Mondays to 1pm mid-day, every Friday (we don’t process delivery during Weekends and Public Holidays).
We always aim to stay within this given timeline, however this suggested time-frame is no guarantee due to the uncertainty of circumstances in the current times. You have the option to choose express shipping (within Australian only) which will speed up shipping time and prioritize your order, this is subject to a separate shipping charge and will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order. Express shipping is subject to acceptance and we reserve the right to cancel any order we see will not meet a reasonable turn around time.
- We will not accept cancellations for orders both standard and express if for any reason the advised delivery time exceeds as your order is most likely in transit already & given the current global situation where transit times, flight schedules & delivery time frames are unpredictable and beyond our control we will not take responsibility for delays caused by sudden restrictions & lockdown measures imposed.
For urgent orders and time sensitive deliveries we suggest getting in touch via email and discussing your requirements before placing your order.
PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
A description of a product, or item on this site does not imply endorsement by us, or suitable for you. You agree that.
- All items are described accordingly. The colors and designs displayed on the website are as accurate as the photographic images of everyone's individual screen settings will reasonably allow.
- If you have particular preferences that you would like us to consider please get in touch & we will try our best to accommodate you.
- Goods offered on this site shall be warranted, if at all, through the written license or warranty provided in connection with such product.
AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you. For example, if the product you are ordering is subject to a promotional discount or offer, which is either applied or withdrawn during the selling period.
RETURNS/DAMAGE GOODS
SAFI SAFFRON offers a warranty guarantee as applicable under Australian Consumer Law. You should check your Goods as soon as they are delivered to you in order to ensure that, they are what you ordered; and they are not damaged or faulty. If this is the case you should contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to ensure that all our customers are entirely satisfied and strive to resolve any complaints on a case-by-case basis and to your satisfaction.
If you have a problem with any Goods or otherwise wish to return them please refer to our Returns Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
REFUNDS CONCERNS
In the unlikely event, your order was delivered damaged or a wrong item was sent to you, we will take responsibility, and fix such issues to the best of our ability. if you’re not satisfied, for any reasons, you are right, we’ll happily refund your money back to you, but ensure to return the goods, within 30 days after delivery of the goods.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the order of any Customer without warning and notice for violation or breach of any of the agreement in this Terms of Service.
OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
To the full extent permitted at law, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of bargain, loss of savings, loss of data, loss or goodwill, loss of reputation, the cost of obtaining replacement or alternative goods or the cost of other remedial measures, or for any indirect, special, economic or consequential loss, arising in connection with any Order or Account.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and the relationship between you and SAFI SAFFRON is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
You irrevocably agree that the laws of Victoria, Australia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims). The Customer agree that all claims or dispute shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts Victoria, Australia.
YOUR FEEDBACK
We encourage you to share your reviews and feedback with us, and we promise to respect your feedback irrespective of the outcome, for it helps us improve on our services and make us serve you better. By submitting feedback, you are granting us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense freely) to use, copy, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, syndicate, republish, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute feedback we receive from you for any purpose, including business, commercial, marketing, advertising, or otherwise.
