Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We understand, sometimes you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if you have any problems with your Order, please contact our Website support Department through email at info@safisaffron.com.au within 30 days of delivery.
As long as your return comply with our conditions below, we will accept your returns, subject to the terms described herein.
CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER
Once you submit your Order, you will be prompt to make a payment; you agree to provide true and correct billing information to complete your purchase.
We will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received your purchase and that your Order has been accepted by us (“Confirmation”). At this point, the contract between us ("Contract") is formed and we will process the payment details you have given to us to make payment for your Order. Please be aware that, custom charges may vary depending on the country of origin. International orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties or other local requirements (applies to international orders outside the Australia).
CANCELLED ORDER
We will not accept cancellations for orders, if for any reason the advised delivery time exceeds as your order is most likely in transit already & given the current global situation where transit times, flight schedules & delivery time frames are unpredictable and beyond our control we will not take responsibility for delays caused by sudden restrictions & lockdown measures imposed.
We do not accommodate any form of cancellation. All Sales are Final. However, if you received a defective or wrong products different from the one you purchased, please send us an email with image and/or video evidence, within 48 hours of delivery and return back the damaged or wrong item In its original condition within 30 days to be eligible for an exchange as described in the next section.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
In accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regulations, a buyer is eligible for a physical and legal defects. Upon discovery of a defect on the product, the Buyer has the right: to apply for a return, SAFI SAFFRON will offer a replacement or refund, at its own discretion only in the following circumstances.
- if you received a defective or incorrect item;
- the item delivered is different from the description provided in the listing;
Refund, Return or Exchange Request must be mail/return to us within (30) Thirty days after the delivery of the item. The item must be in the same condition it was before shipment to be considered for a return or exchange. If (30) Thirty days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, SAFI SAFFRON reserve the right not to offer you a refund or exchange.
SAFI SAFFRON will review your Refund Request on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, determine if your Return is successful.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNED ITEM
Buyers who wish to request a return must contact SAFI SAFFRON (30) Thirty days after delivery confirmation by emailing us at info@safisaffron.com.au. Below are conditions to enjoy a full return benefit.
- You must send us notice which stand for receipt of incorrect or damaged products delivered to you by us, via email to info@safisaffron.com.au within 48 hours of receipt.
- You must provide a photo/video of the damaged or incorrect products which must be sent to by email together with the above notice;
- You must provide proof of purchase {RMA} if you request a replacement or refund of any product(s); and
- The damaged or incorrect product(s) must be returned to SAFI SAFFRON, within 30 days of delivery and receipt of the Order, unopened, unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Return request and item must be mailed/return to SAFI SAFFRON within (30) Thirty days after product delivery.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us. And tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your return request in a situation that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund to you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund with your original order with similar price. SAFI SAFFRON shall be fully responsible for paying the shipping costs of your item, The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. if the goods came damaged or a wrong product from the goods you ordered was delivered to you; However, if the goods was return due to change of mind or other reason, the Customer agree to cove the shipping/return cost of the goods.
You will be notified via email of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and/or approved your return request.
